In this Hindi Guitar Tabs Lesson, I will show you how to play the entire guitar solo of the song “Rock On” from the Bollywood Hindi Movie “Rock On!!” and also provide you the guitar tabs for free.
The solo is mainly based around the A Minor Pentatonic Scale with a bit of Pentatonic Blues ornaments thrown in here and there.
Check out the A Minor Pentatonic Scale in the following diagram:
And following is the scale diagram for the A Minor Blues Pentatonic Scale:
Notice that it differs with just one extra note (which is marked with Blue in the diagram) than the normal Pentatonic Scale. This is the added flat 5th
The Rock On Solo is mainly based around this A Blues Minor Pentatonic Scale and is played like a Rock-Blues Solo with a bit of aggression and pentatonic double stops and a lot of vibrato and bends.
